Structural Drying After an Internal Water Escape
The Problem
Water escaped from a failed connection and tracked under the carpet across two rooms before anyone noticed it.
What We Did
We took moisture readings to map how far the water had travelled, lifted the affected carpet and underlay, and ran dehumidifiers and air movers until the slab and walls returned to dry standard. Readings and photos were documented throughout for the insurer.

Mould Found Behind a Wall Cavity
The Problem
Nothing was visible in the room, but a persistent musty smell suggested moisture in the wall. Opening the cavity found mould across the back of the plasterboard and into the framing.
What We Did
Affected plasterboard was removed under containment, the framing treated and dried, and the area cleared before reinstatement. Documented with photos and readings for the owner and the insurer.
